This simple, 3 ingredient dressing is creamy and tangy with a hint of sweetness that even our tiniest human in the household gobbles up on steamed veggies. It is super delicious and quick to make, while also providing healthy fats and calcium. A win-win!
The Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (from lemons gifted from neighbors’ trees)
- 1.5 tbsp tahini (we often find ours at Grocery Outlet for half the price!)
- 1-2 tsp organic maple syrup (we get ours at Costco for discounted price)
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Once the mixture becomes thick, add small amounts of water until it becomes the desired creamy consistency you desire as a dressing.
- Add to salads, veggies, buddha bowls, possibilities are endless. To store, put in a covered container in fridge for 2-3 days. Add a pinch of water and/or lemon juice to bring back to life for next use.
